PK did its first purpose built apartment complex in Saskatoon in 2013. Since then we have completed 384 rental units over 4 projects in two provinces. We currently have a project in Calgary’s beautiful Marda loop area that will bring 135 modern units to a gorgeous infill location in 2019. We will also be starting 202 units in Langley, BC in 2018.

Purpose built apartments are a focus of future growth and we plan on continuing to find great locations and projects in the coming years.
PK works with institutional partners on some of our projects and looks forward to growing these relationships in the years ahead.
We have a long term vision on where we will take this part of our business and are very excited for the years ahead of us!!!
