Hi Dave,

I have to apologize for not writing this note sooner. It's been on my mind, I just haven't gotten it on a note.

I want to let you know that we are very happy with the way things turned out with the plumbing issue. It was dealt with promptly and with professionalism. I appreciate the painter coming in and doing a fantastic job with the staple holes. I looked, and can't find any evidence they were ever there:)

Also want you to know that all workers were very pleasant and friendly and quite understanding/sympathetic of what was all involved.

I guess the big day is fast approaching - let us know when it happens!

In spring 2011, we contracted PKDevelopments to undertake construction of a 4 unit duplex project in the city. It has been a great experience working with Dave and his team on the construction process and as we near the completion this spring, we are very proud and pleased with the product that has been developed, as well as the fact that it has been a great addition to the neighborhood. From the design and concept, to selection of finishes we have also been extremely impressed with the performance and attentiveness of the team at PK. They are efficient, punctual, thorough, and responsive to all elements and throughout all phases of the process. Special thanks to Dave and to Chad for making this project a success!
